Did not have an issue with the building but they provided us a room that smelled horrible and very humid. I asked the front desk for a room deodorizer and it seemed really watered down and barely helped. A few hours later, we noticed the humidity in the room wasn’t going away. After inspecting the AC unit, I was able to see it was partially coming away from the wall, mildew was forming around the unit, and there were mold spores forming all over the drapes. I find it crazy that the person who cleaned the room didn’t notice any of these issues. They provided me another room to transfer into that was smaller and have not provided me any type of adjustment. What’s crazy is that the new room was also humid because the window was unlocked and left open the entire time.

The overall stay wasn't bad. However, the wifi didn't work, and I was told that I was just out of luck and would have to work around it. The room smelled of sweaty socks. When I booked the room, it was advertized that they had a jacuzzi. They did not. The towels are very, very small. I paid $533 for 3 nights. The place was decent, but definitely not for that price. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the place was overall clean and tidy other than the initial smell of the room.

This is only a minor issue but stepping into the bathtub was a bit slick. Mentioned this to front desk staff and they said that the showers were going to get non slip strips applied soon.

The bed was nice and comfy. Big room. Towels soft. Work out room nice. Didn’t have enough time to use the indoor pool but I did go in. The area was nice and clean. I did not like the dogs in the eating area. I have dogs but don’t take them in an indoor eating facility. The fruits were not fresh for breakfast .

Awful awful awful experience. The staff was beyond ignorant. The rooms are deplorable. The bathtub even had scum ring around it. Not what i needed after a 24hr drive with insurance on my trip i still couldn’t get my money back. Great customer service.

Staff helpful, breakfast good. Had problems with door locking. Would not recognize key at times, then if it did, handle would not open. Do not stay in a room here if you have key /door issues, ask for another room.

Property was being updating. The room I was in did not have a deadbolt on the door. Since i was traveling alone, i did not feel very safe. It's an older hotel and was not in the best shape. Several other options in the same area.

Hi Christi,I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. All the guest rooms do have a deadbolt lock. There are two locks on the doors, after you are inside the room, and close the door you here a click, that is the automatic deadbolt locking. There is also a safety latch on the door that when engaged only allows the door to open a few inches. Again, I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. We try to keep our guest safety and comfort as our number one priority.

The back door did not have key card security. Additionally, we left a moist heating pad in the microwave when we checked out and when we called to claim it in lost in found, it was not turned in. We can only assume someone at the Inn decided to keep it. It's value was about $15.00. It would have been nice to have a couple of 12 oz bottles of water in the room not one mini bottle! Never seen a breakfast bar without bananas.

I liked it because it was quiet, clean, convenient, friendly and easy to park and get to my room I didn't like the wall heating/cooling unit....too noisy and not enough control over the functions. It's typical for many motels but I have never cared for these type systems

Very nice hotel, clean, comfortable and friendly staff. I’d recommend this place because it’s so close to everything you need. Target, HEB, Costco, in-n-out, Cava, Chipotle and more are all within walking distance.
