Top Austin Hotel Reviews

Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating from start to finish. The hotel was beautifully decorated, spotless, and very well maintained. We especially enjoyed the pool area, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, just a hop, skip, and a jump from Rainey Street. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!"

Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District
10/10 Excellent
"Nice hotel, convenient location, pretty close to Downtown Austin / UT Austin / the Texas Capitol. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice and clean, buffet breakfast is good. Also, there is a really nice bar / restaurant in the main lobby, and the views from the rooftop terrace are stellar. I recommend this place for a stay in Austin."

Aiden Austin City Hotel
8/10 Good
"Lovely hotel but it needs some TLC ans theres a musky smell throughout. Staff were amazing throughout and very helpful. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7 which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was lovely but it could do with changing up to help give a bit of variety - it was the exact same the 2 days we were there. Overall lovely hotel and close to the Interstate and local attractions."

Hyatt Centric Congress Ave Austin
10/10 Excellent
"Awesome stay right in Downtown Austin!"

Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress
6/10 Okay
"We recently stayed at the Embassy Suites Austin South Congress for a family vacation and overall had a good experience. The hotel’s location was convenient and made it easy to explore Austin and nearby attractions. The staff provided good service throughout our stay and were friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast each morning, which offered a nice variety of options and was a great way to start the day. However, the hotel is definitely showing its age and is in need of significant updates. The guest rooms feel dated, and the furnishings and overall appearance could benefit from renovation. Another downside was the parking fee, which we felt was excessively high and added a substantial extra cost to our stay. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our time in Austin and had a wonderful family vacation. With room renovations and more reasonable parking rates, this hotel would be a much stronger value."

Hyatt Place Austin Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Pretty cool place, shame no pool"

Aloft by Marriott Austin Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here for a quick family weekend getaway around Austin. Friendly and helpful staff, newly renovated and clean rooms with location close to Capitol, restaurants (including their highly-rated onsite restaurant, Carolines). We got a higher floor and had a nice view of the surrounding buildings. Note that this hotel is right next to and in the same building as their sister property (element Hotel which seems like a slightly lower grade hotel). Same entry way for both hotels but check in desks are on different floors. Cons were that valet parking was $65 per night with in and out privileges. Public parking across the street is about $35 but no in and out privileges. Also the first night we stayed, out toilet clogged but handyman cam within 15 minutes. Also no swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again!"
