It was too far from our destination that we requested online, we previously stayed at a Doubletree on Colorado Blvd. that was twice as close. The road noise was unbearable being right off the turnpike I 25. We had to endure ALOT of traffic and turnpikes that were stress full trying to make it on time for my wife's cancer appointment's on time.

The staff were great at check in and the process was quick and smooth. Unfortunately, upon entering our room it had a very foul odor. In addition, the bathtub was dirty and had a clogged drain. When we attempted to use the pool/hot tub area, there were 4 adults playing extremely loud music that could be heard all the way out in the front area. Plus, they were drinking alcoholic beverages when it clearly stated not to in this area. They were behaving a bit inappropriate with each other for kids to be present. Thankfully, my children are a little older so they were not nearly as bothered. Another family with much younger children came into the pool area and attempted to allow their 2 young children swim, but due to the behavior of the other adults and music that was so loud that you could not hear each other talk, they did leave. Often times, the elevators smelled of marijuana, almost as if someone was smoking in it right before we entered. I do not feel this was worth the $171 I paid when I usually stay at other Hilton properties in much better condition.

Great location with a pool and hot tub. Very nice rooms. Great food options, cost of meals is not included with the room but was very high quality. There are also a few good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

I did not stay at the property I did not feel safe. Upon approach to the property I noticed homeless people hanging out and a dirty environment. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt parked and entered the building. Their were people coming out of the building who were smoking and made me very uncomfortable. Upon entering the lobby was shabby and I did not get a feeling of welcome or being clean. I left the building returned to my car locked my doors and booked a different hotel.

Booked an emergency stay from the airport and upon arrival on the shuttle, I was informed that my booking was for an entirely different Hilton doubletree that was 30 minutes away and that their shuttle stopped running at 10pm. The hostess was nice enough to cancel my stay over the phone but not nice enough to refund the fee so I got to pay for 2 rooms so I could get 4 hours of sleep before my re-routed flight. Make sure you double check the address of your stay, the shuttles at the Denver airport are confusing at best. It would have been worth my time to pay 500 for a room at the attached hotel after all.
