"Excellent Location - on ring road. Well worth paying extra for parking spot. Broadband was as good as at home. Very clean & comfortable, with an outside space. Good communication re check in and being there to meet you. Nice touch to have a few essentials for when you arrive - bread, milk, butter, jam, cereals, Orange Juice, bottled water, biscuits. Would definitely recommend"

"We had a lovely stay mostly. The owners were away until the last night so it was quiet and there was everything we needed. Mostly clean although some areas really needed some attention. Lovely bathroom and a very comfy bed in main bedroom. Really ought to be an apartment for 2 because whoever stays in the 2nd bedroom has to go through main bedroom to get to the bathroom. Could not contact host for check in instructions dispute numerous attempts by myself and hotels.com. Therefore never got access to property and now am being refused a refund. Host insists they emailed us which is totally untrue and just a reason to keep my money. How can they make me pay for something they know they did not provide. "
