"Ardvane B&B is an excellent, affordable guest house and a great value. Just 3 blocks form Atholl street, Pitlochry’s main road, there is no road traffic noise and the view of the village rooftops and distant mountains from the breakfast room is beautiful. The service of manager Cor exceeds even his wonderful cooked breakfasts. Coffee, juices, and snacks are available all day. Everything is clean and up to date. We stayed 12 days and recommend Ardvane without reservation!"

"The location was fantastic with great views of the ocean and it was a quick walk into town. Pam was a great host and very helpful and her breakfast menu was varied and tasty with lots of options. The house aand room were very well maintained and you could sit in the front yard (which was also lovely) and have a cuppa and enjoy the views. "Great really accessible place to stay. Comfortable room, lovey breakfast. The only slight downside were that the single beds (in the twin room) seemed on the small side, they were very narrow and not very long, I am 5ft 9 and my feet were hanging off the end! "
