"This studio apartment had everything we needed and extra. Diane was great to communicate with and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen worked well for our short stay. Even though there are no windows there is lots of lighting and mirrors. It was an easy walk to the beach. If you want a view of the ocean this isn’t the place for you, however."

"Lovely rental, we would stay again. Location, cleanliness, space and decor were wonderful for a couple! Note, you do have to drive to the beach because of busy street between the rental and ocean. Only took a few minutes. We were here in the winter. I assume it would be busier in the summer. "

We had a great time in Manteo visiting downtown, going to the various restaurants, seeing the Lost Colony, watching the beautiful sunset by the waterfront and relaxing on the beach. "We absolutely loved this property. It's only a few blocks from the beach but we preferred to drive over due to the main road being 2 blocks away. But it was so quiet and peaceful. Even when we were outside in the hot tub, we both kept commenting how quiet it was. The property itself was gorgeous. It felt like a flip or reno from an HGTV show. Everything was up to date, stylish and the bed was super comfy. Simply can't say enough good things about this property."

"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!"

"Overall we had a good experience. However, lack of kitchen essentials, grass not being cut, and some areas of house need more attention to detail (Bathroom had some minor mold in tub and on shower liner. The air vents need to be cleaned as it was dusty.) Other than these minor discrepancies, the house is close to beach, main road, grocery store etc. The neighborhood was quite. The size of house had more than enough room for us 2 people."
