"Unique stay very peaceful great for animal lovers horses kept well (bring cash for horse rides) and staff are very friendly but as hotel guests the day trips were an unknown surprise the hotel offered meaning people coming and going using the pool and wandering around made it feel less relaxing in a small space. "Decent hotel. Good breakfast. Nice big room, but unfortunately very warm which disturbed our sleep. We wanted to see the Unesco site with roman ruins in Djemila - but a guy in the reception told us not to go, he said we had to be in a group to be let in. They should not say so to their guest, because we tried to go anyway and had absolutely no problems to get in. "

"The restaurant was happy to make changes to the menue to suit a vegetarian. There was a leisure / fitness center next door that had excellent equipment and additionally provided spa/ Dead Sea type skin treatments and massage treatments suitable for women. "The property has a relaxed, rustic feel to it which is appealing. The staff were all excellent, especially Mabel. The breakfast was also good, the family room a reasonable size fror 3 adults, but the bathroom was a bit small and the door wouldn't shut. The Lodge's restaurant was not functioning when we were there which could have been a problem; however, there is an excellent restaurant about 200metres away and an adjacent convenience store. Overall, a very pleasnt 5 nights."
