Jackson inn was absolutely disgusting. We arrived staff was very unprofessional. When we went to the room and it's smelled like mould and cigarette smoke. Rust was on the wall from the air conditioning unit. And the room was so dirty. We asked for our money back because the pictures on Expedia are not what the hotel is like in real life. Hotel should be closed down due to health and safety. We had to leave and book another place and now out off pocket over 2000 dollar.

Shower was very low pressure and handle kept coming off. Floor was crawling with ants overnight, we were downgraded to a dingy, outdated room with no hot tub, as the room we paid for has the spa 'out of order'. Air con light very bright when trying to sleep. Lucky it was cheap, will not be returning.

The room was smelly beds were uncomfortable one bed was like a rock would have been better sleeping on the floor. The room was dirty underneath the bed had rubbish from the last people. Outside around windows the tv remote didn’t work got new batteries and still had to hold it up to the tv almost touching the tv to get it to change the channel or change volume and door has cobwebs looked more like a back packers than a $150 a night motel had to wait till 9 am to get the deposit back. Over all I would not recommend staying here and would never book here again.
