Yober Hotel is a really amazing place, the staff is great and very welcoming. The rooms were nicely made everything about my experience was great I will be returning.

I spent almost an hour searching for a decent hotel looked at every hotel reviews to be sure and Yober had overall positive reviews and the pictures looked great. When I arrived it was a total disaster. Water drainage doesn’t work both for sink and tub so forget taking a bath the dirt water was in the tub. Water pressure so bad. There was a bad sewerage stench coming from bathroom into my room so it aggravated my allergies. The breakfast was terrible tasteless. When I brought all this to hotel staff they said well we can’t refund you nothing can be done with my stay. Clearly this hotel has little to no maintenance attention. I’ve been a very loyal Expedia customer for almost 14 years I only write reviews when I am a satisfied guest but this I couldn’t let go. What compensation is Expedia offering?

Overall great property & location
I give it 5 stars for the area. The place is clean and the staff was top notch. Security is great. Best room for the price. I have stayed in two different rooms and love it!! My only complaint is the shower. The water takes too long to warm up. Not sure if it is due to solar panel heating. WiFi & breakfast were really good also.

Liked the cleanliness and room is great. Breakfast attendants nowhere to be found. Maybe it is help yourself but to make omlets no one was there to ask. Person making coffee is behind counter on his smart phone not even paying attention to customers

Yober hotel.. Yober means ‘say yes’.. When I check out in the morning, I left some cash in the room by accident. When I returned hotel to check it 6 hours later they returned it without any loss. Very much impressive!

Everything is great about this property
Absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful ran hotel for one week. Had a great welcome when I arrived. The staff and the service were awesome. Great WiFi, nice breakfast, & clean room.

Hotel is normal and basic, good location, very limited service , within my visit first day there was no internet, it was supossed to have it in the second day but finally it was only in the lobby, the rest of my stay they couldn´t fix it and it was internet only in the lobby. Staff in nice and cooperative. System it was not good, they could´n find my reservation when i check in and in took a while until they did it, they couldn´t find the payemnt done thorugh hotel when i left and it took a while to confirm that room was paid in advance.

The hotel is located in an amazing location in the heart of the city, very quite and less client disturbances.I will wish that they could come up with a system where a customers flight details and pick up time is send to the facility , because traveller usually are unable to get the network to call the hotel ones they land and loose connection with their home network . They also use a what’s app line so we could the airport WiFi to send them information about from departure to arrival times then finally pick up after all immigration details has been satisfied.

Great overnighter
Great medium level hotel very near the airport with helpful staff, free airport transfers, free WiFi, and quiet and comfortable. We arrived on a Sunday so the restaurant was a bit under supplied, but the food we had was still good.

Customer service was great. Airport shuttle was excellent. My driver was just a nice person. The internet I was told was fast but was a bit slow... but all was good.

Fint hotel och mycket trevlig personal.
Hotellet såg ganska nybyggd ut och för att vara i Addis några dagar passar den perfekt. Rent rum och mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma manniskor som kan rekommendera nästan allt som man söker i staden. Hotellet liger nära flygplatsen som reducerar stressen när man lämnar staden. Det negativa är jätte svag wi-fi uppkoppling. Väldigt irriterande.
