“exceptional service”

arrived late and the night manager was extremely helpful even sorting out our travel to Athens the following day Next morning we were handed bus times prices and details of how to transfer they even posted some letters back to the UK for us now thats what I call service

A very modern and clean hotel - secure parking below. About 1.5 miles from port. Nice and friendly staff - I liked it as soon as I walked in! Stopped one night after travelling on ferry.

Great view from the balcony, super friendly staff, excellent location. Easy walk to bus station, restaurants & groceries nearby. Amazing breakfast in the morning.

“Excellent hotel, great value”

Slightly quirky decor, but a reasonable location, free parking, breakfast and wifi at a very reasonable rate. Couldn't fault it. Plenty of restaurant choices on the street 4 blocks away on turning right out of the hotel.

“The VIEW”

The view I had was amazing! It overlooked the water with practically nothing in the way. The shower was a bit of an annoyance because the water went all over the bathroom floor, so after my shower, it was like stepping into a large puddle. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to have channels in English on the TV. The wifi was a little slow, but still worked. It was a bit out of the way from the train station and the bus station, so if you are like me and didn't have a car and didn't want to pay for a taxi, then you have a good 20minute walk on your hands.

“This Hotel is a good place to stay in Patras”

I stayed at this hotel for one night only. I did not intend to spend any time at all in Patras but circumstances forced me to. The Hotel was okay, first room we had was very hot and we were told the Airconditional was jammed but the hotel was very eager to please us so they changed our room but the second room did not have balcony which as the first one which was fine by us because the hotel is on a busy road but everyroom had shutters which you can use to shut out the noise. As it turns out, the second room became too cold :) because the airconditioner worked too well. The room of the hotel were clean and nicely laid out my only issue would have been the decor which was all strong dark (black) colour quite masculine if I may say. My second reservation was the breakfast, there really wasn't much choice and like I have noticed in Greece, the breakfast is left there after being cooked to get cold and dry up. This is something I have seen in other hotels I have stayed in Athens. Basically its best to go for breakfast when it starts at 7am. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay and recommend this hotel.
