“Not bad”

All inclusive service isn't that bad. Food was ok and the drinks were easily had. Rooms were clean enough, maids did a good job. Many of the hotel staff speak English, at least enough to get by if you don't speak Spanish.

“recommend with reservation.”

It's a very old hotel. Not much english spoken. That was a plus for us but might be a problem for others. The hotel can be described as clean but tired. It is an old hotel. That said, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. The food was plain. The drinks were great. The Pool was very small. The beach was great. It's a 2-3 star hotel.

“Not great for couples.”

My husband and I were celebrating our one-year wedding anniversary and decided this was not the place. We ended up checking out earlier and moving to a more secluded location. The hotel is good for families, but is a little too busy for couples. Also, if you are looking for a more modern and upscale place to stay, which we were, this is not the place. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel, although old, was VERY clean. Staff was also very understanding when we decided to check out early. Also the price was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend this hotel for families on a budget. Couples may want to look elsewhere.

“Fun and relaxing in Acapulco”

The hotels was in a great location to walk to almost anywhere. It was right in the middle on quality, not the best or worst!! The food wasn't great, but was good for breakfast, lunch,or a snack. Overall we had a great time.

“Everthing good except the room”

Eventhough the room was clean, it was in a very noisy place of the building; please stay away from floor 15th. I couldn't sleep on my vacation.

“Ritz Acapulco”

It was a good experience over all, the people are very nice but the hotel is run down and old. It is in the older part of Acapulco and if you can spend a little more do so.

“just ok”

Hotel was nice, in a decent location. Hotel could have been more modern and have more choices for food. Not many non spanish speaking people staying at this hotel. Staff's English was minimal at best. Probably would not stay here again...there were other hotels in a better location that were closer to restaurants and clubs.

“Ritz Poor Management Service”

The hotel staff was extremely rude to friends when they came to visit for a few minutes. Would not allow guests past the lobby.
