"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered. "Die Anlage an sich ist klasse. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr einseitig, keine Brötchen, kein frisches Gemüse. Wir werden das nächste mal ohne Frühstück buchen. Die Pools sind der Hammer. Allerdings fehlte uns hier ein Bereich für die ganz kleinen Kinder u3. Ein kleiner Wasserspielplatz o. Ä. für die kleinen wäre toll gewesen."
