No air-conditioning during off-season and the bedroom was incredibly hot. We left our balcony doors open throughout the stay, but depending on your room this may not be safely possible. "Outstanding service with amazing dining. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay at Concepcio. The room was amazing and all the hotel staff could not have been better. Everything from breakfast in the morning to dinner and drinks in the evening were exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed - chic but blending in beautifully with its ancient architecture. "We were traveling around Mallorca and wanted to be out of the city but closer to the beach. This hotel was wonderful!! They were very attentive to us and made sure our stay was exceptional.
