"There aren’t enough stars to rate this wonderful gem of a property in Palm Cove, near Cairns. The property has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay in the area. Our host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. She kept us up to date on weather conditions regarding a cyclone forming that could have affected our trip. Thankfully, we had beautiful weather and a pleasant stay. This truly was a highlight of our time in Australia. Thank you."

"The apartment is fantastic. Very comfortable beds, clean linens, beautiful beachfront view. The downside was that there was a cockroach by the tv in the master bedroom and very limited quantity of toiletries for the whole stay.plus, the pool is lacking tiles and looks into taken care of"

Small side note: still don’t understand why the small single use plastic shampoos and conditions are still used especially a beach and barrier reef location?"

"Beautiful location, staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Rooms were dirty and very worn and in need of maintenance. The beds were very uncomfortable and need to be replaced. It would have been nice to have a dish drying rack and cleaning utensils like a broom. Some tupperware would have been great too. All that said I enjoyed my stay there, they just need to focus a bit more on room maintenance "

"The landscaping/plants are awesome here. The pool area was clean & available. Margaret was so helpful with any/all ?????? There are noisy birds in the palm trees that are colorful & fun to watch. The beach & esplande are steps away & there is a guarded beach close by. Highly recommmend this spot for anyone interested in nature & a gorgeous relaxing spot near to many activities. . "

"Kevin the property manager is very friendly and helpful. The villa is a bit old, though Kevin did excuse at check-in for the run down floor and was helpful when the sink clogged. Palm Cove is a beautiful place to stay. "

"It was a compact hotel room not serviced during 3 night stay had to buy tea coffee sugar only 2 stores locally so prices were very high paid $6.50 for a botttle of water $5.50 for 10 teabags "

"This property was amazing. Just a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants, plus the waterfront. Short drive to may tourist activities. The accommodation was amazing. Very spacious and clean. Large kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Lots of linen and towels supplied. The large heated pool with pool side bar and dining was fantastic. Plenty of on-site parking. Check in was easy. We highly recommend this property. We had a fantastic holiday, thank you. "

"We were three families with kids (children ages 8-17) staying in separate apartments. The pool was nice, and the staff was friendly. However, you would definitely need a car if you're staying here. There's no bar or restaurant, there's not even a vending machine to purchase a drink or a snack. It's NOT a five-minute walk down to the nearest shop, despite what anyone tells you (especially not in the heat with kids). The apartments feel quite remote and apart from some DVD's and board games,...
