Loved the vote from this hotel situated on the water in Catanzaro lido. Not alot around it just a dodgy supermarket but the hotels restuarant is lovely enough you dont have to go anywhere. Rooms were clean and very confortable and the shower was to die for. A sit down spa shower contraption that takes a bit to work out but definitely worth it. Be prepared for the restaurant to look like something out of the godfather movie but All in all a great hotel for a great price.

We spent 2 nights in the Hotel Savant as a stopover hotel to visit the Tropea area. This family run hotel met all our needs. They were very helpful with all our inquiries about the area and our day trip to Tropea.
The hotel is a modern and fully equipped.
They have a bar and restaurant and serve a good Italian breakfast.
A short walk away are many restaurants, bars and shopping where you can stroll with the locals on a closed street mall.
I would recommend this hotel and we would definately stay there again

The grounds of the hotel are very nice, good size pools, but the buildings, rooms, restaurant is in very poor condition, lights are not working on the paths, no shades on the pool areas, the dirty windows and walls in the dinning room. Our room, bedside light not working, no toilet seat, we asked them to replace it twice, no chance
Our meal times were a nightmare, eating the first course, when the second arrives at the table within minutes, the pasta awful, no fruit in morning, if you can wait until 9.30, in the evening, there might be some melon or a peach.
Some one asked for green tea, they were handed a nasty nameless tea bag.
