"My hotel room was the cleanest hotel room I have been it. The staff was helpful when reservations got messed up. The rooms do not have a microwave or refrigerator."

"Very pleasant first appearance. The front desk was unable to locate my reservation but was able to still provide my room w the same price I had confirmed from Expedia. Bed very comfortable. Elvis was an awesome bartender down in the restaurant bar. "

"The stay was pretty decent. It was clean and the rooms were nice and big. You can tell it had some renovations done recently because some parts of the hotel looked more new than others. The only con to the hotel was that the gym was extremely small but if you don't plan to use that facility, the hotel is nice. Not a 5 star hotel but good for the price."

Spend evenings watching the newyork midtown skyline. The property is old but the maintenance is very good 👍 You will love this place for sure. You can save on renting car."

"-The room did not have a fridge. -Would have liked the curtains to lower and raise individually. -Hotel did not allow food in the rooms/room service. -hotel restaurant had a private event, would of liked to know that at check in. -when asked for a refresh of the room, the cleaning crew only provided 1 new towel instead of 2, and did not fully turn the bed. -TV channel options. -WIFI, could be faster. "
