"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Communications were 1000/10! However, there were little things broken in the room. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, pretty much no content. House keeping also wasn’t the best. I don’t think they spend more than 5 mins in the room. The breakfast buffet was top notch tho. Overall maybe 4.5/5. Some areas are awesome but some others need improvement."

"처음 배정받았던 12층 1215호실은 욕조에 곰팡이가 있어서 룸체인지를 요청했으나 늦은 시간 체크인으로 이미 방이 없어 다음날 방을 바꿔준다고했습니다. 바꿔준방은 32층 3216호실로 1215호실과 비교했을때 훨씬 더 높은 층의 뷰와 깨끗한 룸커디션으로 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 하지만 단 과일같은 음식을 방에 먹다가 그대로 둘시 개미가 나올 수 있습니다"

"I had a great stay but I got a stonking price booking very early. Not sure it's worth the prices I saw later. Everything great apart from the inconsistent internet speeds, I was getting 33mbps sometimes then it would drop to 0.2mbps other times. I got a 30 day unlimited data SIM for 160kdong which got around that. Get Vietnamese coffee from the nice chap opposite with the funny little dog. Bread 1 just around the corner is superb for cheap tasty eats. Staff at Alive pub next door are good fun."

Ants and cockroaches roaming on ceiling every nights.insects eggs filled the ceiling and walls Elevator and reception area has no aircond and it was so stuffy. and hot. the hotel always smell like smokes. foods was ok. not much of a selection. i asked hotels.com for my refund but theyre still not response to my request"
