Our rooms where a great size but the only criticism I would have is that the room decoration was a little shabby however the cleanliness and furnishing where spot on."

Our hotels.com account was hacked on the 27th April and was reported immediately however hotels.com have no alleged fraud team or security team and did nothing resulting in someone now having control of my account my bookings and the use of my reward nights. Since the compromise of the account I have had two bookings cancelled and a refund of £1085.07 made not to my card that purchased it but to a card I don't recognise which...

"I loved the cosy traditional decor of my room and the hotel, its beautiful garden, the facilities available in my room and a comfortable bed. Having access to a secure car park was a great addition. My only gripe was that I had to re-make the bed before going to sleep as the sheet didn't cover the whole mattress. I subsequently found a stain on the mattress protector... This is more to do with the chamber staff. "
