My wife and I, our first visit to Hokkaido from 2 nov to 8 nov 2014.
The hotel is relatively easy to locate, room nice and clean.
Internet wifi speed excellent, and nice spread of breadfast. Will come again.

Really easy, they just needed my passport and I was given my room card key. Drinks vending machine nearby, quick lifts, comfortable room. En suite was nice. Really convenient, right across a station entrance. The restaurant was near the entrance, so breakfast was easy. Buffet style with Western and Eastern tastes. Good fast internet in the public room where the buffet is.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from Susukino bus station and upon arriving at New Chitose airport, we took the Chuo Bus to the airport which took about 80 minutes. The bus stops right at the Toyoko Inn, which is right next to Susukino bus station. You will see the hotel from afar, and is about a 5 minute walk. You will be using the same bus stop when leaving to the airport; there is also a big sign on top of a sushi restaurant stating Bus to New Chitose.
The hotel itself is great! Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are rather big for a Japanese hotel and with the cheap rates, it's a steal! I paid the exact price in Osaka for a room half the size of this ANA hotel.
The location is what makes the hotel shine, there are other hotels closer to Susukino, but i didn't mind the 5 minute walk. There are many things to do in Sapporo. The Norbesa is right across the street and we were able to ride the ferris wheel at night, which had great views of the city. The Ramen Alley is about a 10 minute walk, and there Tanukoji (spelling?) Shopping arcade is about 10 minutes away. Overall the hotel is situated in a location where you can access everything by foot.
Same as other dormy inn hotels, the hotel provides value added service like onsen for us to relax and unwind after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. You can grab a bowl of free ramen for supper at the restaurant or shuttle service to sapporo station. Room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect with shopping street just behind the hotel. Couldn't ask for more.

This hotel was right on the airport bus route, which made it very easy to get there. The room was great, large for 3 people, clean, neat, relatively new. The breakfast buffet was excellent!! Convenient because it is close to JR station, Odori park, downtown shopping, Chuo bus station. We walked one block to be picked up for the airport bus on the way to the airport.
We had to ask the front desk for directions to places we wanted to see. They were helpful but their English wasn't good.

This is one of the few Japanese hotels where I stayed in a non-smoking room that did not smell like smoke. Overall very pleasant stay here. As other reviews stated the room was very quiet. The subway was a short walk away and there were plenty of places to eat close by. The staff was also friendly and helpful. They spoke english well enough to help me when needed. I recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a nice location. Very close to Ramen yoko-cho. There is a subway station in front of the hotel and it takes 5 min to get to the main train station. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. The Internet connection is the fastest I've ever seen in a hotel (more than 2.5MB/s). Staff is friendly and helpful.
