"The hotel was clean with friendly staff. However, issues like the air conditioning was either not working nor efficient. Whichever staff we’d complained to, assured us that the A.C. would be fixed. It wasn’t. The weather was around 30c during our stay. We were very uncomfortable, sweaty and found it hard to get a good night’s rest."

"One of my worst travel experiences. The hotel doesn't not have a front desk so you are literally on your own most times of the day. I had booked the room with breakfast, after inquiring for breakfast the owner said they had stopped the breakfast facility now. So we ended up spending on breakfast daily. The bidet in the washroom was leaking and there was a cockroach in the room. I would not recommend this place to anyone "

"The staff at this property were amazing! So helpful and accommodating. We arrived very late due to an unforeseen circumstance with the original B&B we booked. The concierge meet us at the property at midnight to let us into our room. Super friendly and welcoming from the start of the stay. We highly recommend this property. Slept 4 comfortably. Thanks for a great stay in Rome that didn't start off well."
