It is set back from the busy street which helps create a quiet setting, pleasant for sitting on the outside patio. The property is clean and pleasant, although the room I stayed in had a hole burned through one of the curtains on the window, and small black stains on the shower curtain and on one of the pillowcases. But overall it was good enough. "
