The checkout process was not efficient today. Agents take too much time checking in and checking out guests. 2 guests in front of me took 20 minutes to check in. I simply wanted to checkout. "This property in itself is a 4.5 to 5 star. The area around the property especially at the front gate is maybe a 2.5. So stay in the compound if you really want that good vibe and enjoy what the Beachfront has to offer"

"This hotel is pretty nice and in a relatively convenient but quite busy location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating plus the food at the restaurant was quite good. We really enjoyed the pool and the views from the beach. Swimming off the beach is probably not an option as it is quite shallow but it is nice looking and well kept."

"In a pinch this place helped us out a lot They have a shuttle service every couple of hours and we're sure to take care of us and keep us on time to Mactan as our flight turned around for wildfires and we were rescheduled. Aircon is cold and shower is nice. Property is an interesting conglomeration of suites, pool, bistro. "

A Filipino friend was able to contact them through Facebook messenger. We learned they had no record of our reservation. I used the chat feature on Hotels.com app to find out what we should do.
