The check in was incredibly easy and the owners kept in constant contact with us during our stay, which was helpful. There was also a 3 ring binder in the home describing every possible thing imaginable to make our stay easier. The home was extremely roomy and comfortable and Netflix was available to wind down the evening. The washer/dryer came in very handy as well. ...

"Hotel Volcano is in a great location close to shopping, food, and the beach. We had a lovely stay here and the included breakfast was great. We had some difficulty booking from outside the country though. Even through I booked through hotels.com, they made me call and pay with my card by phone which I didn’t feel comfortable with. In the end everything worked out but I booked through hotels.com to avoid putting my card info out there. "

"We liked this place a lot! The rooms are very pretty and well designed, and the sunset view from the top veranda is really nice with a super-friendly host. The guesthouse is small (3-4 rooms) and located only a block from the beach--you can walk everywhere. My daughter had the top room, which seems newer and has great views, but the middle room (used by me and my husband) is larger and has a minifridge- convenient for snacks and water. It’s a great apartment, with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a great room downstairs with direct access to the beach. However, I cannot get past the deceit.
