"The property was ideal for international travellers with early departures. I am sure the economics of providing a shuttle have been studied but this would have been a welcomed addition."

"Staff were so welcoming on arrival, hotel was hard to find at first as postcode took us to police station. But was sign posted from further round, free car park too, room was so nice and clean and room service were fast in bring us 2 extra pillows. Could do with a better shower door as water got onto floor. But I'll defo stay again"

"The hotel is certainly stylish, however with a slight complacency to their offering this creeps towards being style over substance. The basic expectations of enough coffee in the room for at least one cup each for two people, let alone enough for the entiety of the stay was missed. Failed requests by staff to their group WhatsApp for supplies, resulting in the need to repeat our at the bar.. Also a notably late afternoon attempt by housekeeping to refresh our room, whilst we were getting...

"The location was great.....walking distance to anything you'd want to do in the city and even a short mile walk to Arthur's Seat. Rooms were small but clean and had everything I needed..didn't need bigger. Enjoyed the bar/restaurant on the property as well...easy to pop in while planning rest of day/evening for a glass of wine and snack. I would def stay again."

"Comfortable room,nice view from windows to Princes Street Gardens . Very handy for Waverley Train Station but hotel not very suitable for anyone with mobility issues as a lot of steps up to reception. Will definitely use hotel again ."
