"I think I was lucky with my outward facing room, windows all around overlooking the jungle and hills and it was a big apartment too. It was quiet and I felt safe in all of Khoa Lak as a female on my own. All staff were friendly and I liked it was tucked away from the hussle but still walkable. Nice beaches near by. Food is ok for 3 star. Pools and beach were nice too and do close to a beautiful stretch of public beach. The only thing i would say for guests is to show then where their room is on...

"The hotel was set in beautiful tropical grounds, righr by the sea. I would come back again and recommend it to others. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff had a great holiday."

"This is a lovely place to stay. If we come to this area again, we will for sure book here again. As others have said, the ladies running it are as lovely as can be. And yes, they really will wash your clothes. Breakfast was great. Eggs any way you want them. Toast and pastries. And tons of fruit. Mangos, watermelon, pineapple, and a couple more. It will for sure fill you. The the hotel is an old Thai style. The stairs are too steep. But you won't care. The things that matter are all there....

"Budget hotel with large double bed room for 508 baht. Room had fridge, good shower and central location next to bus station and supermarkets. Poor air conditioning though, which made room stifling hot. I went down to report it but no one to be found. Also WiFi so bad I came off it and used my sim data. "

"Walking distance to beach but no access to beach chairs with no shade at beach. Resort nice pool and massage on site. There was issues with room requested one queen bed did not get got two twins instead did not say anything. My complaint about property was the manager the room was extremely hot and manager would not allow another key to improve this and stated she is saving the environment which I corrected this is not saving environment saving money only. "This place was very disappointing, dangerous access from main road, receptionist lady promised evening delivery service the left for the day. The male staff did their best with a bad situation. Pool dirty and unusable, internet not working, adverising restaurant but not open, the walkways dirty. The rooms are ok but we had to move as the air conditioning was not working. Just a disaster."
