"We stayed in the Sunrise Homestay for a few nights and even extended our stay, as we really liked it. The beds were comfortable and the room was of a good size. The pool was an absolute blessing during very hot days, especially that it has a roof protecting from the sun. The owners are very helpful and nice. Everything in the hotel is the same price as in the shop, so there is no point in buying drinks elsewhere. The breakfast was a nice touch, especially the juice and the lemon honey tea. The...

"Coco Island was the perfect location for our Ninh Binh activities. Short bike ride to Mua Hang. Beautiful scooter ride to Bich Dong Pagoda. The villas even had a mascot who I low key named Coco. I loved this little kitty. Hung with us poolside. The rooms were clean with an incredible greenery view. The staff provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!"

"Was very strange to stay in Ninh Binh- it has a fresh market and didnt fibd anything else. 90 dong taxi to Tam coc for the attractions. The property was fine but just in the moddle of nowhere. I walked a lot and watched provance life"

"This homestay was run well by a lovely couple. For its price point, it’s excellent. My room had a massive California king bed and was separate from the other suites. The pool is pretty. Breakfast is served from 730-930 and though it was simple, it was very good. They season their eggs with some sort of secret salt which was really good! A couple minutes from the main intersection of the town, it’s far enough to have a bit of peace and quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

Unfortunately one member of the group slipped over and hurt their leg quite badly, but the staff were incredible and organised crutches and took such care. "Our stay in the Villa was comfortable. Saha was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. We were three people and the beds were comfortable for Vietnam. They provided free bicycles for us, did our laundry, and arranged transportation when needed. The beauty around the villa was unmatched. "
