"We stayed to catch a flight at the airport the next day. Wish I would have known how wonderful the room was - We would have came earlier! The kitchen (unexpected ) was full service. I even bought a few items to eat/snack from the front desk that needed to be microwaved and refrigerated. Comfy bed. Great staff. Clean. Will definitly stay again. "

"This property is a gem in a part of Fresno that is in decline. However, this property is well maintained with friendly staff, and no skimping. They took care to ensure ample USB charging ports within rooms. Hot water is instantly available. Check in fast for those that placed reservations. Wifi- handled my multiple devices. I recommend this place for those on a budget but still wants a nice room. "

"Rooms are nice. Everything felt and looked clean. Had our ebikes in the back of our truck. Securely locked the bikes and backed into the parking spot which had a hedge of bushes and sturdy fence behind it. Cars parked on both sides of our truck. Parked towards the front of entrance so it would be visible to the lobby. Area looked safe so felt good about it. I suppose you could take your bike into your room if it would give you peace of mind. We had no problems, bike where there in the morning,...

"I left my charge in the outlet and my mini Bluetooth speaker in the top drawer and I call them before the room was rented out and I left my phone with Abbey at the front desk yesterday and she never called me back and I am customer that come this Hotel 2 to 3 time out of year. That’s not a good look "

"Our stay at the Best Western Americana was overall quite pleasant. The room was spacious and was newly renovated. It was clean and the housekeeping staff was helpful. The breakfast was okay, on our first day the eggs were kind of dry, but the staff assisted with that and rectified it. The breakfast area is kind of small, but we weren't there for very long so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, I felt that this was a good hotel and I would stay there again."
