"The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cappuccino was to, from a proper machine at the bar.The 2 owner brothers were approachable and answered any questions that we had and overall the hotel was more like a 3 star than a 1 and good value. Also the AC in our triple room was great and the shower was quite powerful. The hotel was a bit far from Venice but great bus and train links nearby and majority of customers had cars as the hotel has secure garage parking. We rate this hotel 5 stars as our...

"The staff were extremely nice and informative. They were quite flexible as well. The initial room I was offered wasn’t very sound proof as another unit’s music/base could be heard through the walls. The staff offered a quieter room immediately. The washroom is outside the rooms (shared washroom)"
