"Situated right by the beach and behind one of the two tavernas on Megalos Mourtias Beach, you could not ask for a better location for either a early morning swim or sunset meal. The apartment was spacious and had a large comfy double bed and large balcony. I wish my stay had been longer."

"I was only here for an overnight stay before catching the ferry to Skopolos. I arrived late evening and was greeted with a friendly smile and lots of helpful information to help me find dinner. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy and quiet. I’ll have to say longer next visit. "

"Great location. The room was in good condition. The shower was too small and uncomfortable. The pillows were very hard and gave me neck pain. The room was clean apart from coming back and seeing a massive fingerprint in my new makeup which you had to open to touch. The service could be improved by being able to get in touch with reception at all times instead of specific times throughout the day when no one is there. It was a pleasant stay overall. We loved the terrace/balcony and the lemon...

"It is a very nice family hotel, which is situated in Agria, very cozy sea village with many many tavernas. Typical Greek village not a touristic one. We prefer sleep there rather than Vollos because you can really feel the Greek spirit and cuisine. It is 10 min drive to the Volos port and definitely worth it. The hotel is in the center of the village close on a walkable distance to the tavernas. We really recommend it. This is our second stay there and would definitely stay again."

"My father and I chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of the train station and near the local shops and some attractions. The staff were very helpful. There was no elevator in the hotel and the staff helped us by taking our suitcase upstairs and downstairs when we checked out. They also helped us with different questions we had! The hotel is very affordable but if you're looking for luxury then this hotel isn't for you!"

"Το κτήμα Νικόλα σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν ικανοποιητικό. Ο χώρος για 4 άτομα ήταν ευρύχωρος και καθαρός.σε θέμα άνεσης βρίσκω αρνητικό ότι τα 2 από τα 4 κρεβάτια ήταν σχετικά κοντά και δεν χωρούσαν τα πόδια μου στο κρεβάτι.εχω ύψος 1.70 βρίσκω το δωμάτιο καταλληλότερο για οικογένεια με 2 παιδια και όχι για ενήλικες.κατα τα άλλα όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά καιδροσερα.επισης γεωγραφικά είναι κοντά στην Κάρυστο Αλλά η μετακίνηση γίνεται αποκλειστικά με μεταφορικό μέσο."
