Soon as possible I will go again,my experience was fantastic,with my family we spend perfect week.My small dog Maltese was with us,and in hotel they help me with preparing a food for him,because he use to eat home food,than they help me with a veterinary etc.Very friendly staff.
We arrived late as got a little lost but there was a nice staff remember waiting for us at around 1am, he was so efficient and kind. The hotel was beautiful, the interior design was how I would like my house! They present you with random little complimentary desserts and the staff can not do enough for you.
The spa is amazing, I read a review that they hit you with additional charges when you leave and for the spa which worried me but this was not true at all! We only had to pay for our minibar charges.
Me and my boyfriend stayed in the deluxe room with a hot tub and a fireplace and it was BEAUTIFUL, well worth the extra money. The staff communicate so well, everyone knows what is going on, which is very rare and they care about their customers.
I could not rate this hotel higher.
For the price we paid we felt it was a great bargain, especially during high season (beginning of July). The staff were excellent in making us feel comfortable and were very willing to help and answer questions we had about the hotel or surrounding area. Since they had a group coming in one day later than our check out they were VERY willing to give us a late check out to us at no extra charge. The whole experience of finding them online and reserving and paying through Expedia was very easy without any problems. We reserved a apartment for 5 and it had plenty of room with a great big balcony for us to enjoy breakfast on as a family.
