"We arrived late at 02:00am. Guard welcomed us and took us to the room. We've got a bigger room since our was occupied. Generally, nice and clean place but far from every thing in Trincomalee. I wouldn't recommend to stay in any hotel in the city, go for the beach hotels. What you will save on hotel in the city, you will spend on Tuk-tuks there and back."

They dealt with our complaints very professionally. We booked the biggest the room in the hotel. Was meant to be 55 square metres. Would be lucky if it was 35. the room hadn’t been cleaned.
