Explore the excellent boutiques and galleries on the Esplanade and head over to First Avenue which has high-end stores and designer products. Meander along the Wharf and the fisheries on the Spit and enjoy the open-air harborside atmosphere. Cast your fishing rod into the water at the Spit, cook your catch on a beachside barbecue or pick up fresh fish and chips and watch the sun set over the ocean.

Soak up the ambiance of the Esplanade. Stroll, rollerblade or jog on the boardwalk, daydream along the marina and look out to the inlets on the Parrearra Channel. Drive to the Beacon Lighthouse Reserve and Point Cartwright for excellent rock fishing.

Find world-class dining at the Wharf and the Spit. Much of the town’s nightlife is on First Avenue and Brisbane Road, which also has numerous cafés and restaurants.

Mooloolaba is a centrally located on the Sunshine Coast and is close to a number of attractions, including Australia Zoo, Ettamogah Pub, Aussie World, Big Kart Track and the Ginger Factory.

Situated in Queensland, Mooloolaba is 60 miles (10 kilometres) from Brisbane, just over an hour’s drive. Access the area by plane via the Sunshine Coast Airport. Bus services connect with Brisbane and trains connect with Brisbane and Nambour.
