Clean room, helpful kind staff, pool area under construction for new additions, though we enjoyed the lazy River 2 days. It’s not upscale, good family resort though. Enjoyed good drinks and nachos at pool.

Crowne Plaza Phoenix Airport - PHX by IHG
Nice hotel but very tired, really needs a refresh. A whole bunch of rooms just look straight onto a wall of a carpark, so if views are your thing then this one might not be for you. Is super close to the airport though which is a huge plus.

Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport
Need better pillows and more of them. Also, my parent’s bed was so low to the floor, it made it difficult for them to get in and out of bed. The bathroom door was an outside door, very heavy and would slam shut. Needs an upgrade overall to the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The only reason why ...
