Clean rooms great location to everything. Great restaurant attached.

Great location in the heart of the town

We thought we were staying at an exceptional property and it was anything but. Our room was fine but not at all worth the price. They put us in the Lodge that had an odd “reception desk” as you entered which was generally left unattended. We went to use the hot tub and asked the front desk if there was a place to change and use a restroom. She asked and assured us there was. We walked over and everything was dark (even though it was still well within open hours). We managed to get into the building and used one of the treatment rooms to change. No bathroom in sight. At least they had some towels to use. The next morning we went to have coffee by the creek (something they say is a must do). There were dishes from the night before still out and the lower bar looked abandoned, with stacks of boxes, lids, broken countertop sills, all things the should not be visible to guests. Heat lamps were all over the place. You could barely walk through. It was just unattractive all around. The upper rooms above the parking lot had broken wood lattices visible from the check in area. It was not what I expected at all and we were very disappointed. I would highly consider rethinking staying here and personally will not again.
