KNOW BEFORE: 1. Expect to spend about $90 more a day on this property $25 daily resort fee attached and $65 parking fee. Even surrounding hotels & pay to park is about $55 daily. 2. The pool is very crowded during the day. 3. Drinks are expensive with drink, tax, gratuities it was close to $50 for 2 drinks. 4. Scooters are usually available around but are about $20 for 30 minutes. They shut off at midnight. 5. There is loud traffic and siren noise. POSITIVES: 1. There is a liquor and smoke shop that’s amazing across the street. 2. It is about 30-40 min walk to music row. This hotel is in midtown and you are about 10-20 walk to the gulch good breakfast spots & a nice cigar lounge. About 45 min walk to Nissan Stadium. 3. There are multiple good bars in the area with live music. About a 5 minute walk away. 4. Heartbreakers bar and pizza is 5 min away good deep dish pizza open late. Hattie B chicken on the corner. 5. If you want excellent Italian food Valentinos is in walking distance.

Great location close to convention center, Bridgestone & a short walk to Broadway. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Nice restaurant and rooftop bar.

Conveniently located just a block from Printer's Alley, 4 blocks from Broadway, 2 blocks from the main bus hub. Hotel was nice and quiet for being so close to everything. Restaurant and bar were quiet and staff was pleasant. Room on the 5th floor was incredibly quiet, for looking out over main streets and was clean and comfortable. Helpful tips: Free coffee in the lobby at the bar until 3PM Use the tokens they give each of age guest each day for a free draft beer or house wine at the bar from 5-7PM Don't bring a car. The parking situation in Nashville can be pricey in general and unnecessary with the main bus terminal so close to the Fairlane. You can get a bus from the airport to the terminal for just $2 and its so close you can just walk to the hotel from the terminal unless you brought a ridiculous amount of baggage. Also, you can use the same bus terminal to get to other neighborhoods (the Gulch and 12 South) after you get tired of Broadway. Same $2 each time you ride the bus. Walking to Tennessee Performing Arts center is about 2 minutes from Fairlane. Walking to Bridgestone Arena is about 5 minutes away. Walking to Titans stadium is about 10 minutes away. Very safe feel all around downtown Nashville/ bus terminal.

The room was moldy smelling. The bed sheets were shorted. They didn’t move. Cold all night. Towels were thread bare in many places. Front desk was very helpful. Manager of restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Hotel needs a refresher to make me want to come back.

This is a first class property in every respect. Have stayed here before. It is always exceptional. Beautiful very well maintained rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent menu and restaurant service, in a very convenient location for traversing Nashville. Cannot be improved on.

Great location, staff, pool, rooms, just overall perfect!

Loved the rooftop bar and the hidden bar, great staff. Every floor has a nespresso and water station which is a game changer :)

Everything was terrific

Lovely boutique style hotel. Our hosteas, Chrissy waa very helpful and nice. We truly feeled warmly welcome and will definitely choose this hotel whenever we come back to Nashville. Breakfast was delicious and rooms cleand and cosy.
