8/10 Very good! (4,084 reviews)
The a/c barely cooled, the outside street noise was loud, the bathroom needs major upgrades in water pressure, hot water temperature, and an overhaul on room furniture.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
Room was dirty. Room service was expensive and you just get a piece of fish for chicken with no sides. And they kept forgetting to bring items I paid for. Bad.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,674 reviews)
I was advised that I had late checkout. When I attempted to enter the room prior to my late checkout time (after being at the pool) they told me I had to show identification(as I’m standing there in my bathing suit with only my towel and keycard). I obviously had no purse with me. Very annoying and zero responsibility for locking me out of the room. Otherwise, the room and Library Bar were impeccable.
