Clean, conveniently located hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious!

The property was clean. Front desk Service was fast and efficient, we only stayed one night, but it seems the grounds in general had better times. The room itself was very comfortable, did not had breakfast so not sure if it’s good or not. Area around the hotel was not pretty, lots of vacant buildings but did not felt unsafe.

We liked the Infinity pool but the deck around it was falling apart and there was bird poop all over the railings and the deck for the entire week we were there without being cleaned. The first breakfast we had outside a very large seagull took our food right off our plates and it happened to another couple upstairs those birds are a big problem. We did like our room very much and the hotel is beautiful. We would not return.

Worst service and the place dose not worth the price you are paying , please do your research before booking it, if not you will regret

Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close proximity to the beach and some wonderful restaurants serving delicious seafood.

Very good location. Clean hotel. Our ac was broken but they handled us a new room inmediately. The hotel is confortable and size of the rooms are decent. Bigger than average in the area.
