I had an exceptional stay at Hanoi Solis Hotel! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the Old Quarter and just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with thoughtful amenities and stylish décor. What truly stood out was the staff—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring; they made me feel at home. Breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooftop infinity pool and sky bar offered great views and a peaceful vibe. Overall, it's a luxurious boutique gem in Hanoi that I would gladly return to.

Please stay here! Sulli and the other members of staff were incredible! They were kind, helpful and went above and beyond with our stay even making us a map to help us navigate Hanoi. For that I absolutely cannot recommend this stay enough! We were given a free upgrade as the room was available and we got free drink coupons. The rooms were lovely, the location was perfect and the hotel was next to everything you could want. The breakfast was delicious and when we were getting an early bus to sapa they packed us a delicious breakfast for us to have on our travels. They helped with our bags and made us feel so at home. And for the price this was all absolutely so much more than we could have expected!

Room was clean and comfortable. Food was great. Most of all, staff were exceptional. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. Ms Nancy was especially helpful and very accommodating with our requests. She helped arranged our trip to Sapa and day cruise in Halong Bay.

Very helpful well trained staff clean and tidy good room service i would definitely recommend this hotel, if we visit Hanoi in the future we wouldn't look anywhere elase for a hotel
