Great location, very friendly staff, nice breakfast buffett. The hotel needs some updates in the bathrooms but the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable

Checkin was very pleasant, customer service was excellent as always. We’ve been at this hotel for many years, we come at least 2-3 times a year. We love the views from the balcony with a nice cup of coffee in the morning. Spa service with Narti is excellent as always, she does Medical massage and takes my work stress go away. We will always come back, dedicated customers at this hotel.

Hotel located in the heart of the old city with access to almost everything. Service and staff were attentive and helped us with an issue immediately. Rooms are small but clean. I recommend you stay in a room with sea view. If you have a car, it is almost impossible to find street parking yet the hotel has their own and they will park it for you

The Charisma hotel is amazing. Beautiful views ocean views from our complimentary upgraded room. The breakfast was amazing and access to the ocean to swim and relax made it one of our top stays. We will definitely return to this beautiful location!

Third visit. Delicious food and great amenities. This hotel is beyond real with the views that it brings along with it. Additionally there is an adult only section, which is great. There is something for everyone at this hotel. Truly beautiful.

Third visit. Delicious food and great amenities. This hotel is beyond real with the views that it brings along with it. Additionally there is an adult only section, which is great. There is something for everyone at this hotel. Truly beautiful.

Very clean swimming pool. Breakfast from menu was not the healthiest but the staff catered to our needs. Prefer to see healthy options nowadays, Greek yoghurt, berries, granola, avocado and scrambled/poached eggs. There was a Sunday brunch which was well attended and there was lots of choice. Not all staff speak English very well, but Nouri the restaurant manager was delightful and Aran the waiter was most attentive. The food in the evening is of a very high standard, in fact we liked it so much we ate in most nights. Bathrooms didn’t have conditioner for hair, and shampoo was combined with shower wash. All women need shampoo and conditioner and would have expected it, in this grade of hotel. Reception staff were very helpful but would be useful to provide map of the area and bus timetable, as on holiday you are trying to get away from your phone all the time. Good spa facilities and excellent therapists (special mention to Annie) plus beauty facilities and the lovely Malika to do my manicure. Overall a lovely hotel with a great chilled, relaxed, laid-back vibe.

We had a beautiful room with a private terrace. The room was huge, as was the bathroom. Everything was clean and we had our room serviced every day with new towels. The pool area was stunning and so was the private beach on the marina. We spent a lot of time here during our stay. You get new beach towels every day which is great. Breakfast had a wide range of options and was lovely in a lovely setting under the olive trees. This is such a beautiful hotel highly recommend! The only thing I would improve is having slightly cheaper drink options - a beer was the equivalent of £11, which isn’t great. Apart from that, everything was wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!
