I was in Seattle for an overnight and wanted to visit Pike Place Market and a few additional sites. The Mayflower hotel is well suited for adventures, the staff stored my luggage prior to check in and the front desk staff was very helpful. I really enjoyed the comfy bed, Oliver's and the morning coffee. Thank you for making my trip extra special.

Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

Just to note that there is no private shower. That’s the only thing is if you’re going with a friend or something, the shower is in the room and very open so we had to strategically move around to shower. That’s the only thing. The room is small, but it wasn’t terrible, we were not in the room that often. I will say the street that the hotel is on is cute and quiet but as soon as you step out of that area in Capitol Hill, there were more homeless people, a lot of college students out late and partying. Not a bad thing, just a note. Overall, I was satisfied with this stay.

Amazing property with gorgouse views

Clean hotel, helpful staff, amazing shower water pressure, good location as it is walkable distance to the Space Needle, Pike’s Market, and Light Rail to get to and from the airport.

6 stars for the staff! Arthur the bellman and Tomteo (?) the breakfast server. They quote “the largest room in the house is the room to improve “. Our experience was a service level that was always looking to surprise and delight. And the rooms and hotel are epic at large. Our new Seattle place to stay.

Great location. Great staff. Great rooms. Great service and a great value. Will definitely stay here again when I return to Seattle .

Robin was one of the staff who checked in us. Very welcoming and kind. We visited Seattle for our anniversary and she did her best to make our stay special. Hotel is in good location and walkable to every part of the town. Good cafes around. Expensive valet but I guess it is much more convenient and safer compared to other parking around. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and lobby needs some upgrades.
