(404 reviews) First, Daniela, the concierge who handled a few communications via email/messaging was amazing, as were all the individuals we were lucky enough to interact with during our stay. Special call out to the restaurant staff, massage team, and yoga instructor. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, flush with vegetation and wildlife (esp. monkeys) in abundance. We were a bit caught off guard with the outside showers in the central bungalows, which were fine once we got over it, though they could’ve been a bit cleaner. All bungalows are tucked into the foliage so you definitely get a sense of wonderful isolation and peaceful tranquillity. The thermal river is amazing and the associated hike to and along the water is great, with tons of opportunity to soak in the water and spend many hours enjoying the day.
