Location 10, cleanliness 10, peaceful 10, will definitely stay again. Weed wacker morning sounds weren't great but I understand it is part of keeping up with the property(may have been the adjacent property). Overall I will definitely recommend.

We stayed for three nights. The locataion was good, it took about 5 minutes to walk to the beach and there were some nice restaurants really nearby. The hotel has a "yoga vibe" to it and a calm environment in general. The recpetionst was really helpful and welcoming.

This property is in the heart of everything. Close to the beach, restaurants and downtown. You can walk everywhere or take a tuk tuk. If you stay here I would stay in the room by the kitchen it is the best...

This hotel is probably the best location in Nosara. It offers a nice, comfortable atmosphere with walking distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Alejandro at reception was kind and welcoming, adding to the pleasant experience. The relaxing pool and complimentary coffee were great perks. The only minor drawback was the bed, which was a bit too soft for my liking. Overall, a perfect stay!

Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Great location an easy walk to the beach. Pool open in the evening is a great way to beat the heat. Would love to have breakfast included, but there are several food options within easy walking distance.

Really enjoyed my 2 week stay at the living hotel . The property was really lush with cool cabana type rooms. They had coffee available in the open air area of the hotel. Also a juice bar on site but not always opened. When they are open they also have coffee available that they will make you free of charge if you are staying at the hotel. Only minor complaints are the pool definitely needs some work. Lots of missing tiles and could really use a face lift. Also if you need WiFi--it is extremely spotty service. I was working while there and could not use the WiFi for work at all and luckily was able to go to a coworking center about 5 minutes away by car to work. Otherwise the location is great--just a few blocks from the beach and next to several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room. Excellent communication with front desk. Arrived after front desk closed and I was able to access with security guard on site. Beautiful property. Pool was closed when I stayed however the property was very nice and relaxed in hammock on common area which was delightful. Very happy with my stay and would stay here again.

The place was very relaxing and the rooms were very private. The hotel has a very nice, comfortable living room type area by the pool that allows for relaxing visiting or just being around your group comfortably.

Perfect place to stay. The staff was wonderful. The room was perfect and huge. It is in an ideal location, right in the middle of Noosa but not noisy at all. The pool is beautiful and kept clean. There’s coffee and tea available at all hours of the day.
