The hotel’s central location in Taksim Square is its main strength, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. However, the overall experience was underwhelming for what is marketed as a five-star hotel. We stayed for 8 nights and received no complimentary services. Staff were generally unhelpful, with some at reception speaking limited English, making communication difficult. In-house services were poor and overpriced. While the stay was acceptable, the quality and service fell short of expectations—more in line with a 3-star hotel.

Staff and services are very good special thanks to Ismail, Zeynep and one more staff (sorry I couldn’t get his name but three of them heped me with my very late check in at 2am on 4/7)

It is beautiful hotel and in very convenient location, whenever I will b back in Istanbul will definitely stay there

Perfect location next to underground. Very polite staff, good value and lovely decor Pools could be warmer
