So let’s review: Restaurants were closed that was advertised, no bath towels available, the facilities look like it’s falling apart. Gift shop worker stole my money. Please DON’T rate yourself as a 5 star hotel or resort. I will never stay at any of your properties again (can’t trust it). I was uncomfortable my whole vacation.
Saving graces: The Vassa Spa: 5 star facility, 5 star massage therapist (Michelle and Measha), the 7 mile beach, my birthday dinner at the Asian restaurant (everyone was nice), the Monogamy restaurant workers were nice.

The property was nice, but not the best I've visited in the Caribbean. Food quality was excellent. The amenity was promised but never arrived, and I received no compensation for missing my first day due to weather issues with the airline. Typical timeshare property in which the priority is to sell time, and no major Expedia perks that I have become used to in other properties.

As a vegetarian, the room service menu was very limited. I ate the same meal for the 3 days I was there. The room I had was not 5*. Leaking roof in living area when it rained, stained shower screen and wash basin surround and fridge door. For the price, these things should be in better condition. The staff are excellent and the spa has an amazing choice of treatments. 10/10 for peace and tranquility
