Very good

The resort was amazing, my only concern is that there was not wheel chairs available at the resort, we had to order one that came all the way from Mobay.

This is an extremely peaceful and relaxing getaway, rooms are more traditional but lovely and I love the private porch, staff were amazing, beach was amazing . I would definitely recommend

I’ll start with the good: the staff is extremely friendly, the entertainment team does their best to keep guests entertained, the beach is absolutely beautiful and amazing, the pools are nice, and the food is very good. Now for the bad, which is very important to me. The room cleaning is terrible. They don’t make sure the room is properly stocked with the necessary items. When they cleaned my room, it was actually worse than before, and the smell almost made me throw up. To make matters worse, the housekeeper told me she wasn’t carrying any clean towels. Disgusting. The air conditioning in the restaurants that are supposed to have it is barely noticeable. Only the buffet feels properly air-conditioned, and some restaurants don’t have air conditioning at all. With Jamaica’s heat, it’s absolutely necessary. The lobby area near the coffee station smells like urine. Overall, the cleanliness throughout the resort is very poor, almost nonexistent. And they don’t have parking spaces

Loved the view, the pools and the beach. Bring lots of singles for tipping (it seems to be expected) and be prepared for beach hagglers. We loved the Asian restaurant the most, but they were all delicious! The grounds keepers are going all morning (we were woken by leaf blowers at 6am). Some of the shows were corny, but the Michael Jackson impersonator was good as well as the first half of the circus. Use the beach side instead of suites pool if you want to avoid the games people making you play. Overall thought things were great!
