Our trip to Cancun was absolutely amazing! From the beautiful surroundings to the relaxing atmosphere, everything made for a wonderful vacation. The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and the accommodations were comfortable and inviting. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay. The pool area was beautiful, and the amenities provided the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind, and enjoy the Cancun experience. The entire experience exceeded our expectations and gave us some wonderful memories. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, quality time with family, or a tropical getaway, this is a fantastic destination. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely recommend this property to others. We can’t wait to return to Cancun for another unforgettable vacation!

I can’t stress enough how disappointed we were with this property, especially at that price point. This is a 2 star property, at best. If you are not a member, you are not able to access or pay for the ballybeds, top shelf liquor, etc. The beach chairs were all full so we ask someone if they could put two up for us and we were told no, then watched half an hour later as they set up two chairs for what we assumed were members. The rooms are beyond run down and dilapidated. We had booked the oceanfront villas, and the smell of mold when we walked in was overwhelming and the wifi didn’t work. I need wifi access for work so I had to ask that we be moved. They put us in a different villa and the wifi kept cutting out. Our bed sheets felt wet/damp at all times and the next morning all of our clothes in our suitcases were damp. We actually ended up leaving after one night, and walked away from 2 paid for days to go to a different resort. Huge disappointment

Friendly staff, nice place

We had a wonderful trip. The staff were excellent, they truly made you feel like you were on vacation. We participate in the family concierge and had a sweet. Beautiful view, clean room. The kids had a blast at the kids club and playing in the kid pool with the waterslides. Our concierge Jared was great and Luis our pool waiter was unbelievable. Great recommendations and very personable.
