Clean room with a lake view. Great walking path.

Rooms are always clean and in great condition. The whole place is always clean. All staff is helpful and friendly. Great amenities. This is our second time staying and I highly recommend!

Room did not feel clean. Floor dirty. Room felt run down. Bartender at main bar was so not helpful or welcoming. Couldn’t make any drinks because “the bar was closing permanently a couple days later”. Great location is the best I can say!

Great view with a very clean room and A/C was great.

The hotel is lovely, but they have some challenges that affected my stay and my overall opinion of the property. We waited 45 minutes in line to check in due to a system shutdown. The toilet in our room cycled all night, keeping us up, and requiring a room change. The hotel then didn’t recognize our prepaid room and charged me again for the room nights, pulling the funds from my bank account and adding undue charges to my credit card. It was an unfortunate experience that will prevent me from wanting to stay there again, which is disappointing because I love the location and beauty of the building.

Perfect accommodations! Great staff and a comfortable bed!

No coffee shop on site. Bar doesn’t open til 4pm - no drinks while at poolside- Meals all made to order- for purchase- No store for anything- just selling snacks- no diet drinks at all. Staff good all but the transit- “free” transit however your wait is 45 minutes- no care on time. Pool not great- 12 lounge chairs for all floors- so one chair per floor- 2 broken so 10 total. Internet pictures look much better than it was- Overall “ok” as good as anywhere else I suppose.

We were very pleased with this property and our specific apartment. Very clean, very well equipped! Would definitely recommend!
