we enjoy our stay the villa was nice and well equipped..

When we arrived at this hotel it took 45 min before someone assisted us. When they did they took us on a golf cart to our villa. We could smell the bill from the front door outside. It smelled horrible not sure what someone did in this villa before we did but it was horrible. What made it worse was the heat the ac was not working and they had stand fans going is all the rooms. I immediately notified the staff that this was unacceptable and we did not want to stay here. When we got back to the reception area the gentleman stated what was wrong I advised him of the situation and he said oh I’m sorry so are you leaving? Really that is not a proper response for a villa that is not up to the standards they claim. I simply said yes we are leaving they did not assist us to get a taxi or shuttle we waiting another 45 min to get a shuttle. I travel every month and through the world and have never been treated this way! I would highly advise you to not stay here.

Aside from the services offered by Vinpearl, there aren’t many options from independent vendors. Only a few convenience stores are operating in the colorful buildings, while the rest remain empty and have not yet been furnished. If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway where you can simply relax, this is a good place to stay. However, if you want to experience local food and the local nightlife, I would recommend staying on the mainland instead.
