Bed was amazing and surprisingly quiet in spite of being right by the airport

The property was clean with a nice fragrance but the amenities were lacking.

Ideally located across the street from Union Station & free shuttle pick up for Billy Bishop Airport right across the road. Rooms are smaller than most hotels but they have everything you need, are up-to-date and price point is excellent.

Hotel is dated and worn, dust on bedroom beams and dated clock radio, needs fresh coat of paint from around fireplace to furniture. Pillows were terribly uncomfortable, bed was good. Restaurant appears top notch but only open dinner hours. We were hoping to enjoy an afternoon drink at the bar, wee bit disappointed. Staff was great, steam shower and breakfast in bed was highlight of our stay. Little bit too far to walk to falls. Unfortunately would not return for lack of little details. Again, staff was great!

The suite was a nice size and clean. Everything is a little worn and dated but the location is great, staff was helpful and convenient parking. Overall a comfortable stay.
