Our check-in experience was delightful when we got up to the room. It was so clean and modern and we were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly in a hotel was very clean. Will be staying there again.

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom is slightly outdated. Service and amenities are not comparable to other five star hotels in Toronto with similar cost- ritz and four seasons

The room was lovely. Missed not having a small fridge and the door to the washroom looked like it was missing a handle to open.The pool area was so cold you could not imagine going swimming or even sitting by the pool. The parking was an extra $45. I thought that was expensive.

Upgraded our room from a king bed with a steam shower to a king bed with a jacuzzi on arrival which was a nice surprise. Staff are all very courteous and helpful, and the amenities like free coffee, the spa and the restaurant made for a great experience. Good price and a good time, would recommend to friends/family.

Great clean room, staff was amazing with excellent service! It was an amazing spot to be when 56cm of snow fell in Toronto! Would stay there again any time!

Everything was great, very clean, with good access and plenty of security in the area. Good underground parking and places to eat right in front of the complex.

The place was well laid out, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen could be quickly improved with a few things like more glasses, adding wine glasses, oven mitts, and a few other common things. We were challenged with there being only one set of keys, and a major plumbing issue that had scalding hot water come out of both hot and cold sides of every tap at every sink, both showers, in the washing machine and even in both toilets.
