Over rated, and over price Hotel as 4 star hotel
Should be 3 stars only,
Staff y unfriendly with poor language skills
Also, some basics are missed when you check in, No towels on the room and you need to ask for it to get them and the toiletries are of the very cheep stuffs
Also, TV channels are of bad quality specially Saudi Quran, a s they were unable to get maj tenable person to fix it and they are using old & damage TV RC - there are picture of these RC

Check-in staff wasn’t welcoming and appeared very rude. Felt like he didn’t want to be there to begin with. Cleaning staff/ housekeeping were very good and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. It is next to the Haram with lots of shopping, food outlets and good dinimg within. Taxis are always available and concierge has a group of helpful staff 👍.
Will come again. It was a pleasure to stay there.
