Great room, beautiful hotel with an amazing pool!

Staff was friendly and welcoming 24/7. I never had to open any door myself in the lobby. I felt safe and it was clean. Location isn’t noisy at all. Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in for an exceptional price.

Everyone at Beacon Grand was so lovely and genuine. I was warmly welcomed by all the staff which made the stay very enjoyable

Would have been nice if snacks in the room or were on the house I didn't take a vehicle because of traffic I'm in San Jose took Amtrak and my bike My bike isn't expensive bike $1,600 it cost me a Gary Fisher there was no place to park my bike I parked it on the front next to a temporary fence when I got up this morning my seat was gone there goes my vacation time at San Francisco I could not drive my bike without no seat I had a walk with my bike all over the place I was highly upset not blame anybody just couldn't believe it got stolen right in my other doorway there anyhow it was a beautiful lovely night there The beds were very comfortable back in the very spaces not bad at all thank you for this day

Everything was wonderful, except the cleaning. Staff moved my toiletries around and lost my supply of disposable contact lenses. I was lucky that I had one set in my toiletry bag from previous trips. I think they were trying to organize my stuff on the counter and they ended up throwing away my contact lenses. they really should not be touching my things.
